Returning subscribers can renew now through June 30.

New season ticket (subscription) packages are now on sale!

Exciting news! We are now a Ticketmaster venue. To log in to your new Account Manager dashboard for the first time:

  1. Visit your Ticketmaster Account Manager. Be sure to bookmark this page for future reference! Or, you can always select Season Tickets, then My Account in the menu of this website.
  2. Click “Sign In” in the upper righthand corner.
  3. Click the link that says “Don’t have an Account? Sign Up.”
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account. You can change or update it once you’ve logged in for the first time; if you are unsure which email address you’ve used with us in the past, please contact seasontickets@broadwayatthenational.com.
  5. Choose a password, enter your contact information, and be sure you check “Keep me posted…” to ensure you receive our emails. Click “Next.”
  6. Congratulations! You have now logged in to your new Account Manager dashboard. You may follow the navigation to contact us, see your invoice and tickets (once announced!), and update your contact information.
  7. If you need to change your email address on file, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

  1. Visit your new Ticketmaster Account Manager. Be sure to bookmark this page for future reference!
  2. Click “Sign In” in the upper righthand corner. If you have not yet signed in, follow the instructions in this FAQ labelled “Logging in to Account Manager for the First Time.”
  3. Once signed in, click “Pay Invoice.”
  4. Confirm that the Summary includes your correct seat(s) and day of the week. Click the purple button that says “Continue.”
  5. Select your Payment Option. You can either Pay in Full at this time, or opt in to our new 3 Payment Plan. If you select the Payment Plan, your screen will refresh and show the prorated amount due at checkout. You can view upcoming payments by selecting “View Payment Schedule” directly above the Payment Option dropdown. All payment plans will pay one-third now, with the remaining thirds due one and two months out.
  6. Add your Payment Method of choice. You may also choose to split the payment over multiple credit or debit cards.
  7. Click “I accept Terms and Conditions,” then select the purple “Pay Now” button.
  8. A receipt will be emailed to you upon purchase. If you selected the Payment Plan, you will receive reminders prior to each auto-payment.

Subscribers from the 2019/2020 season have been renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new 2021/2022 season. 

Those interested in upgrading or making changes to their tickets will have an exclusive change period to do so, following the initial renewal period. Please see the next question for more information.

  • New! Our Season Ticket (Subscriber) Buyer Assurance Program is now available. Please visit our Ticket Policies page for the latest information. Subscribers can purchase confidently knowing their tickets and shows will be handled appropriately in response to changing conditions.
  • Secure the best seats. Your season tickets will be automatically renewed year after year, but you can always opt out, upgrade, or make changes at your convenience.
  • Flexibility to exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show, at no cost.
  • Be the first to know! Subscribers receive advanced show notice, exclusive invites, special ticketing offers, and so much more.
  • Your personal Account Manager dashboard allows you to upgrade, change, and view your subscription at your convenience.

Yes! New this season, subscribers will have the option to select a payment plan during checkout. If you choose to take advantage of this opportunity, pay 1/3rd now and you will be automatically charged 2 remaining monthly payments.

Broadway at The National’s Season Ticket Buyer Assurance Program will be available for all Broadway at The National events in the 2021/2022 season purchased as part of a season ticket package (subscription).

You may unsubscribe at any time, but please note that doing so means you may miss important ticketing and transactional communications.

Note that you will need to first log in with the email address we have on file, before making further changes to your account. Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

If you do not wish to renew for 2021/2022, you can simply disregard communications regarding your season tickets, or email seasontickets@broadwayatthenational.com and let us know.

Please note that opting to forego your renewal means your seats will be returned to our inventory, and they will not be reserved for you in the future unless you re-subscribe at a later date.

More information about receiving your tickets will be provided closer to your show date. You should expect to hear from us no later than 30 days prior to your first performance.

Single tickets will begin to go on sale after Labor Day, so the best way to secure your seats now is to purchase a season ticket package! Learn more.
