As a Season Ticket Holder, you’ll enjoy an exciting new benefit! Customize your season package when you swap one season show for a Season Special of your choice.

Dive into the dazzling world of Broadway blockbusters back by popular demand: SIX and TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL, or get in the spirit with a holiday hit for the whole family: A MAGICAL CIRQUE CHRISTMAS.

How to Show-Swap

Available May 21-31 only.

Step 1:

Visit your Account Manager. Click “Sign In” in the upper righthand corner. If you have not yet signed in, visit our FAQ page for instructions.

Step 2:

Once signed in, click ‘My Events’ in the top left menu bar

Step 3:

Review your upcoming events and click ‘View Event Details’ for the show you would like to swap out of your package.

Step 4:

Click ‘More’ and choose ‘Swap’

Step 5:

Select the ticket(s) you would like to swap out of for this event and click ‘Continue’

Step 6:

Select the event, date, and time you would like to swap into for your package

Step 7:

Select your desired seats, review your cart, and click ‘Continue’

*NOTE: You can choose to add seats in this step if you would like more tickets to this event

Step 8:

Review your swap selections and click ’Next’

Step 9:

Complete the check out steps and submit payment if needed.

Check box to accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Place Order’

Step 10:

View your swap confirmation. You will get an email confirmation, as well. Swap complete!
