Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of at least 10% of the total payment must be received within 10 days of the issue date of your group sales contract. No reservation is guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance and final count are due no later than 4 weeks prior to the performance date. If a group order is placed within 4 weeks of the performance date, full payment must be made immediately upon booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to your contract or speak with a group sales representative for additional questions about deposits and payments.

You may decrease the number of tickets until the final payment is made, but please note that deposits are non-refundable. You may add on additional seats after you have finalized your order with no additional service charge.
