BEST SEATS: Season Ticket Holders are first in line and secure their seats to season shows months before the general public.

BEST PRICE: Season Ticket Holders save on the cost of individual tickets and fees with exclusive pricing for subscription packages. 

NEW FLEXIBILITY: Show-Swap, upgrade, or exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: With dedicated pre-sales and early add-on periods, Season Ticket Holders have the chance to secure tickets early to all shows at The National – not just the season package.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Available through April 9 only! Season Ticket Holders have the option of purchasing season tickets in full or with a special split-payment option. If you choose the split-payment option, 50% of your invoice will be due at purchase, with the remaining amount to be paid June 1. This option is available now through April 9 only.

Thursday Night Subscriptions include ASL interpretation for all six season shows in select seats. Show-Swaps and exchanges are subject to ASL interpretation availability which is not guaranteed for Season Specials.

If you are an Auto-Renew Member, you have been automatically renewed into the same seats and day of the week you currently have in our 2023/24 season. Your 2024/25 season is ready to go!

PAYMENT PLANS: As an Auto-Renew Member, if you selected the payment plan option, you are enrolled for four easy payments. Your deposit has been applied to your first payment, which equals 25% of your invoice total and is being processed today. Your remaining balance will be paid in equal installments on April 1, May 1, and June 1. If you selected to pay in full, the remaining balance of your package is being processed today. You can log in to your Account Manager to view your invoice details.

Our Season Ticket Holders are always notified of their exclusive upgrade period prior to the public on-sale of each show. Upgrades are now open for remaining 2023/24 season shows.

You will be notified about your 2024/25 upgrade period via email, so be sure to keep an eye out for this option in May.

Our Season Ticket Holders are always notified of their exclusive exchange period prior to the public on-sale of each show. During this period, Season Ticket Holders can exchange tickets into a different performance of the same show, and buy additional tickets as desired. Exchanges are now open for remaining 2023/24 season shows.

You will be notified about your 2024/25 exchange period via email, so be sure to keep an eye out for this option in May.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are free online.
  • Exchanges are on a best available basis and may not be available on your desired performance date or in your desired seating area.
  • Exchanging into an upgraded performance time or seating area may incur an additional charge.
  • Exchange requests must be received at least 48 hours before the date and time listed on your tickets.
