What is the Upgrade/Change Period?
This period focuses on your package as a whole, such as your day, number of seats, and where you want to sit for the complete season. Adjustments made during the Upgrade/Change Period are permanent changes to your renewable subscription, while Benefit Days focus on temporary adjustments such as swap, additional tickets to select shows, and exchanging your dates into a different performance of the same show.

The Season Ticket Holder exchange period is now open! During this period, Season Ticket Holders can exchange tickets into a different performance of the same show, and buy additional tickets as desired.

Please note:

Exchanges are free online.
Exchanges are on a best available basis and may not be available on your desired performance date or in your desired seating area.
Exchanging into an upgraded performance time or seating area may incur an additional charge.
Exchange requests must be received at least 48 hours before the date and time listed on your tickets.
